Chamberlain street Phase 2

The second phase of this heritage-sensitive project proposes a bold yet respectful intervention: the addition of a front terrace and garage to the historic Victorian façade. Located within Woodstock’s Heritage Protection Overlay Zone, the design navigates complex heritage parameters to ensure that new elements complement the 125-year-old structure. The proposed terrace offers an elevated outdoor connection to the street, while the garage addresses urban living needs with minimal visual impact. The design continues to honour the home’s layered history while subtly adapting it for contemporary life.
